• Where do your products ship from, how long does delivery take, and is shipping free?

  All of our ready-to-ship products ship from our showroom in Houston, Texas. Shipping from within the USA means faster delivery, reliable tracking, and no long international shipping delays. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, and standard delivery across the USA typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. We offer FREE shipping on all USA orders over $100. Orders below $100 are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.

• What is your return policy?

  We want you to shop with confidence. We do not refund any payments under any circumstances. We only offer exchanges for "off-the-shelf" and ready to ship products only. We do not offer any exchanges for custom made products (e.g. custom ordered blouses or dresses). For ready to ship products, we accept returns for exchange purposes only within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with all tags attached. Customer must initiate the exchange process within 48 hours of receipt by contacting us at 832-482-5988. Returns must be sent to: Ritz Fashion Trendz, 20915 Pricewood Manor Ct, Cypress TX-77433. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
