At Ritz Fashion Trendz, we are committed to offering carefully curated, high-quality ethnic fashion. As many of our products are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we encourage customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refund for any items purchase from the website.
Refunds will only be considered if Ritz Fashion Trendz has shipped an incorrect item.
To be eligible for a refund due to an incorrect shipment:
- You must notify Ritz Fashion Trendz by calling 832-482-5988 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item received.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, Ritz Fashion Trendz will provide a USPS prepaid return shipping label.
The customer must:
- Ship the incorrect item within 7 days of delivery.
- Ensure the item is returned in its original, unused condition, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Ensure the returned item is received by Ritz Fashion Trendz within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition. Items returned without original tags, packaging, or showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not qualify for a refund.
Exchange Policy
We are pleased to offer exchanges on all ready-to-wear and off-the-shelf products purchased from our website.
Custom-made, altered, stitched-to-measure, personalized, or special-order products are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
To request an exchange:
- Contact Ritz Fashion Trendz at 832-482-5988 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions
The customer is responsible for:
- All return shipping charges.
- Returning the item in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Ensuring the item is received by Ritz Fashion Trendz within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Exchanges cannot be processed if:
- The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The returned item is received after the 14-day return window.
After the returned item has been inspected and approved, Ritz Fashion Trendz will schedule a video consultation with the customer to assist in selecting an exchange item.
Exchange Value
The replacement item may be:
- Equal Value: No additional payment is required.
- Higher Value: The customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
- Lower Value: Ritz Fashion Trendz will issue a store credit for the remaining balance.
Store credit:
- Is valid for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
The customer is also responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchanged item.
Color, Product Variation
Many of our garments are handcrafted using traditional weaving, embroidery, printing, and dyeing techniques. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, embellishments, or pattern placement are natural and should not be considered defects.
Please note that colors displayed on electronic devices may vary depending on individual monitor and screen settings. Ritz Fashion Trendz cannot guarantee that the color shown on your screen will exactly match the actual product.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and contact us immediately at 832-482-5988. Claims related to shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Policy Updates
Ritz Fashion Trendz reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
