Founded in 2014 by Rituparna Bose, Ritz started as a small home-based business creating handcrafted jewelry for the Indian community. Her dream was to help Indians living in the USA stay connected to their roots through what they wear. Over the years, that small beginning grew into a trusted boutique offering designer sarees, exclusive blouses, kurtis, ethnic jewelry, dupattas, men's ethnic wear, and festive outfits for customers across the country.

Rituparna Bose started Ritz from her home in Houston with a dream of helping Indians in the USA stay connected to their roots through fashion. Her love for Indian traditions and life's special celebrations became the foundation of everything Ritz Fashion Trendz would grow into.

It started with a feeling, not a business plan.

The feeling that finding beautiful Indian ethnic wear in the USA shouldn't be this difficult. That a well-made blouse in your size, your style, at a fair price, should simply exist. That Indian families living away from home deserved a place they could trust for every celebration.

That's the belief Rituparna Bose built Ritz Fashion Trendz on in 2014.

Where do your products ship from, how long does delivery take, and is shipping free?

All of our ready-to-ship products ship from our showroom in Houston, Texas. Shipping from within the USA means faster delivery, reliable tracking, and no long international shipping delays. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days, and standard delivery across the USA typically takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. We offer FREE shipping on all USA orders over $100. Orders below $100 are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.
What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence. We do not refund any payments under any circumstances. We only offer exchanges for "off-the-shelf" and ready to ship products only. We do not offer any exchanges for custom made products (e.g. custom ordered blouses or dresses). For ready to ship products, we accept returns for exchange purposes only within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
